We have successfully fixed the issue with the delivery of all E-mail messages. If you are still having issues with receiving E-mail messages, please submit a ticket letting us know about it!

We have recently found an issue that since 2/14 E-mails have not been sent to individuals who are signed up for an E-mail journey in Journeys and E-100 websites. 

Please accept our apologies as we are working diligently to fix the problem. We will be sure to update this post as soon as we resolve the issue and have everything back up and running.
